Sibme’s mission is to impact student success by combining innovative, user-friendly technology solutions, implementation expertise, and ongoing support and partnership to connect educators and transform the way they learn and grow professionally.
Allyson is responsible for the success of Sibme’s Virtual Coaching services. In order to do that, she is involved in hiring and supporting coaches, making coaching assignments, communicating with school supervisors, and tracking the progress of each coachee involved in the program.
Kellie is responsible for success in the virtual coaching program. She is a mentor to all coaches and manager of coaches who support teachers.
Debbie communicates with coaches regarding scheduling and reports. She also assists with tasks associated with payroll and invoicing.
