Can I upgrade from Campus Leader to Enterprise?

Do you offer volume or multi-year discounts?

Yes. Enterprise pricing reflects both scale and term. Larger organizations and multi-year commitments are priced accordingly. Talk to our team and we'll build a proposal that reflects your actual size and timeline.

Why doesn't Sibme have a free plan?

Building real infrastructure for instructional evidence — AI transcription, secure video storage, longitudinal records, compliance controls — costs real money to operate. We'd rather charge a fair price and deliver something that actually works than offer a free tier that can't do any of this well. The 10-day Campus Leader trial gives you full access to evaluate before committing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Campus Leader plans are billed by credit card. Enterprise contracts can be paid by credit card, invoice, or ACH transfer — whichever works for your district's procurement process. Most districts use purchase orders. Contact our team if you have specific payment or invoicing requirements.

Do you offer implementation or training support?

Yes. For Enterprise plans, dedicated implementation support is included. That covers onboarding, workflow configuration, framework setup, admin training, and ongoing support as your team expands how they use Sibme. If you're looking for broader professional learning support for your district, talk to our team.

What happens if I cancel?

For Campus Leader plans, you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of your billing period. Enterprise cancellation terms are set out in your contract. Your data is always yours. Full export available at any point.
