Participants engage in personalized 1:1 virtual sessions focused on coaching frameworks, evidence-based feedback techniques, and research-grounded best practices for instructional coaching.

Phase 2. Application (weeks 4–7)

Coaches practice their skills with a volunteer teacher, using AI-generated insights from real classroom sessions to refine their feedback and foster meaningful coaching conversations.
