The Coaching Cohort is an intensive, real-world, and immediately applicable online learning experience that helps teams perform at a higher level. We leverage the power of collective efficacy in this immersive, online, collaborative learning experience. Learning is tailored to the individual needs of participants while building on everyone's personal expertise.
The Virtual Cohort has been very insightful. Each session has been very intentional and detailed in the goals set for us. Through this cohort, I have learned about differentiated strategies I can use to support teachers in different stages/levels. The Coaching Cohort begins with a half-day boot camp. During the boot camp, you'll develop deep relationships with a community of fellow learners, lay a foundation for the skills you will learn during the cohort, and define evidence-based goals.
Following our Bootcamp, your cohort will meet every other week, for a total of five meetings. Live interactive sessions are facilitated by a team of expert educators.
Between each live session, you'll engage in implementation practice, reflection, and individualized coaching from our team and your fellow participants.
